​Here is a brief overview of the duties associated, all except treasurer may be co-chaired.
President: Serve as leader and key contact; preside at all meetings; ex-officio member of committees; appoint chairpersons for special committees; coordinate the work of the officers and committees so that objectives can be met. Manage business affairs. Other duties as necessary. (Time commitment: 10+ hours per month)
Vice President: Act as an aide to the President; perform the duties of the President in the absence or inability of that officer to serve; assume other responsibilities as assigned. (Time commitment: 8-10 hours per month)
Secretary: Keep minutes and attendance of all general meetings and meeting of the Executive Board; maintain volunteer database; maintain OPSS correspondences, and email and voicemail accounts. (Time commitment: 6-8 hours per month)
Treasurer: Responsible for handling of all funds; make disbursements as properly au-thorized; assure that OPSS policies and best practices are followed with regards to funds; prepare financial reports for each meeting and as needed; prepare the books for an annual audit; ensure taxes and registrations are filed as necessary. (Time commitment: 4-6 hours per month)
